Walk-in patients are welcome from 10-5 PM daily and 9-1 PM weekends.

Please answer the questions on the COVID screening tool. If you answer yes to any of the questions you will not be seen in the clinic. We cannot give work notes, school notes or notes for day-care saying you are clear of COVID unless you have tested negative or you have quarantined for 14 days after symptoms started. You should call the COVID-19 Info-Line @ 905-688-8248.
